THe most difficult thing about starting kindergarten is the lack of time left in the day to search for lizards and snakes. Sam is obsessed with lizards and loves to go out int he backyard, with Tyler and a net in tow, trying to find, catch and feed lizards and insects. In fact, last weekend, the Piesman family cared for a praying mantis, even catching flies and other insects for it. We let it out into the wild a few days later, healthy and hopefully content. Here are the boys enjoying some nature time and Tyler found a good hiding place for his new blue lizard.
