Chilling at the Beach House

We were able to spend a lot of time with the Piesman family while in California. We ate SO WELL, thanks to Polina and Grisha. We enjoyed time at the park, reading at home, hanging on the balcony, and just being silly.

Manhattan Beach vacation

We had a great time in California a few weeks ago. We were able to see Polina, Grisha, Julia, Michelle and Boris as well as some of our friends. The boys truly love the sand, and Sam loves the water, Tyler is still getting used to the wave concept. We cannot wait to come back.

RIding the Horsie

Here is a new game the boys discovered out in California, ride on Sam, the human horsie. Good thing that they tried it out for the first time in a new home filled with sharp corners and very fragile glass objects! What fun!

Surfing

Here you can see Michelle and Sam enjoying the huge waves off of Manhattan Beach. I think you can tell that they are both on their way to becoming professional, they just need to delve into some deeper waters.

Sam Playing Soccer

Sam is really enjoying himself this season. During last season, he spent a great deal of time hanging out in the goal, picking the grass. This year, he actually has gotten his foot on the ball many times and has even made a few goals.

Tyler's Girlfriend

Tyler has already started to make the moves on a younger woman, Samantha, that he refers to as, "Mantha". He is truly smitten, speaks about her when she is not around, pushes her when he sees her and makes her cry at every turn...true love!

Swimming in the Pool

Here you can see our little swimmers! As you can tell, Tyler wants to do everything that big brother Sam does. We need to really enforce the no diving rules again.
