So, we decided to get a little time away from the little ones. I tagged along to Denver to accompany Mike who was going to a GI conference. I am not sure he got so much out of the conference, but we certainly had a great time snowboarding. The highlight was taking a KAT ride to the real top of Keystone Mountain, at about 12,700 feet and then snowboarding down a pristine, untouched bowl...straight out of a movie (although my moves certainly lacked some grace). It was great to get away for 2 days, and even better to return home to Tyler and Sam.
